Embroidery Hoop Art

This is a cute arts and craft. I just can't imagine it being very hard.
Looks retro to me, like something right out of the 70's .
Well this is what i saw on TV. They took about 5 Embroidery Hoops large , medium, and small.
You pull them apart and Wham you have now 10 Hoops. you spray them for the decor of the room you wish to put them in. They are kind of cute for someone. But I don't think will fit in my
decor. But if you try this good luck and put photo on the blog so I might see how you did. If you
have any other questions remember just ask meme. I took the photo from a HGTV show called
Decrorating Cents love the show it has been on for years, I have been watching for about 10-12 years. Well again have fun.

Up date on Birthday and the Dinner

Remember I blog about my birthday and about a recipe. Well all went on ,it was a great day and evening.

The days before I was receiving Birthday Cards, Birthday Gifts, and I say thank you to all my family and friends who sent them. Came home and one was hanging on my carved black bear. Oh!Let me tell you about my Dinner mushroom sage and chicken breast. That was the best and easy to boot, husband loved it to he loves mushrooms. Oh! will be making that again real soon.
you know today I received a birdhouse from ( The Backyard Bird Company ) It's called the
Bird House Cottage too !! cute even has flower box on the sides of the house and a hanging plant on the front porch. That came from my sister in law from Florida.
Well everyone have a wonderful weekend, I will be attending a Japanese festival. My daughter
in law plays the drums,she is from Japan and I will take lots of photos and put on blog this week. Also remember any Questions (JUST ASK MEME )

Sharing - Simply Recipes

III went to a sight called http://simplyrecipes.com/ you must go there if you like to cook simply I have made many thing from there recipes and they are good and quick. Just my kind of cooking and there is not a whole lot of mess. There are no more then 5 methods to making the recipes. My favorite so far are Oatmeal cookies,Lemon Mascarpone Blondie's,Apple Sausage Pie,Very good, and I am making Chicken Breasts with Mushroom Sage Sauce for my Birthday dinner can't wait will let you know how good it is next week. and also I am making my own Vanilla Extract,still weighting to use just made last week and need to shake and store in dake place for 2 months. If this works I will no longer have to buy vanilla extract @$ 2.98 in the store.
I think making dinner simply makes me a happy cook, because we live about 9miles from a store so when you go you get every thing you need @ the time. Also when you get back home you don't want to go back again believe me ( I have been there a couple of times. So go to the sight and pick out a recipe or recipes and let me know what you think!!

Thank you for another Birthday !!

Happy Birthday to me on the 23 . They seem to come faster now! When I was younger could not wait to be 13, then could not wait to be 21 well did that and now I am 50 something, vintage is all I know. I must say for the most part I have had a good life.
Well that is all I have to say about having another Birthday. I think I will have my daughter the baker make me a birthday cake.
I did see something so cute on a blog sight today, it was a cupcake pin cushion made out of felt they were so darn cute! Well got to go and get ready for my Birthday!! and Happy Birthday to all who have a birthday in February.

OUR FRIENDS

These are our friends who live in a little town out side of Atlanta, GA. They called last week to let us know they were passing through and will be going to there house in North Caroline we can not go right now but we had lunch and big laughs, an they left for the cabin in the woods. It is a two bedroom, two bath ,living, dinning, kitchen, that sits on 3ac of land so beautiful. The house sat dormant for ?3yrs/and they bought it just how it was left. The person who owned it got very sick and then the family put there father in a nursing home, Then the family sold the house and land (AS IS )and it was just that AS IS. It took Bob and Colleen and there family's help with clean up and haul away, I guess it tookthem about 6 mos/to ,paint ,remodel, it was a diamond in the ruff and what a ruff it was.As it turns out it is Home away from hame now. The house is so cute. My husband and I went up there for a long weekend in march of last year and it snowed and snowed and we had fun building snow women , went on 4 wheeler rides,an we just had a great time.
